You may not access or use this website should you not want to be bound by these Terms and conditions. |

Your order will be delivered through the state postal service of Sri Lanka to receive within 2-3 working days, once your payment has been processed. (You have the option of selecting the date of delivery). |

Order placed on a Sunday or a public holiday will not be processed until the next postal working day. |

Gift items will be delivered through Registered Parcel Post of Sri Lanka Postal Service. |

Greeting Cards will be delivered through the normal post and no delivery report will be issued. |
| 5. |
Greetings.lk is not liable for any unexpected delay in the postal service due to different circumstances such as strikes, floods and other natural causes. |

Full refund is available if the card you have already paid for is out of stock. However if Greetings.lk fails to effect the refund within 24 hours you will be informed via email that you are given the opportunity to select another card in lieu of your first choice. |

Once the order has been successfully and accordingly completed, No refund is available. |

Any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, libelous or obscene words or information of any kind are not allowed to accompany your card. No refund is available in such misdeeds. |

It's Sender's Responsibility to provide the correct & complete address of the Recipient. |
